I created Freshera after struggling for years with fad diets that never worked.

Like many, I wanted to feel lighter, more confident, and actually enjoy my meals. But I was tired of starving myself or spending hours cooking.

So I decided to design something that actually works — a simple, flexible eating plan based on real food, balance, and satisfaction.

The result? A 21-day guide that helped me drop the extra weight, feel incredible, and finally stop obsessing over food.

Freshera was born from my kitchen, my journal, and my own transformation. Now it’s yours.
